Add newlines into the dialog box

Hi – wonderful plugin, does what we need. However, in the past I’ve written text for the JavaScript message box, and it’s perfectly able to take newlines in the form \n\r etc. However, in your plugin, it’s being converted to \\n so appears as the text \n which is not what I need to display.
Basically, I would like to improve the formatting.
The reason for using the JavaScript popup is that the CSS version at the top of the page does not appear in the theme I’m using (StudioPress Genesis framework, Altitude Pro).
