Add new user and get suddenly error not sufficient permissions

Hi,

I have added many users during in some years and it works for them to login and edit there portofolio pages but suddenly I get all the time error, see below… Why is this?

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page.
Reason: The current user doesn’t have the “read” capability that is required to access the “Dashboard” menu item.
