Add New User

  • Hello,
    I am trying to get help with my WP website from the developers, and they request a login and password.

    Over many attempts, I have tried to do this, putting in a
    User Name: hello
    Email: [email protected]

    Assigning a Role: Admin or Editor

    The Password button will not show any results.

    I have tested on myself and nothing works.

    After asking to Show Password, no reaction happens.

    I am completely confused why not working.

    I have also tried multiple Browsers.

    I’m wondering if its some sort of plugin conflict. Can you try checking for a plugin conflict? Deactivate all other plugins and see if that helps. If it does help, then reactivate the plugins one at a time to find the culprit(s), if any.
    You may also want to switch your theme to a default theme to rule out a potential theme conflict.
