Add New User

I’m trying to setup a new user that will be using XML-RPC access on https://PainKickers.com. As such this user has no eMail address. In doing this on other blogs having a place to put passwords has not been an issue but it is on this one. How do I get my password entered when there is no place to put the password so that I can finish setting up the new user?
