    Hello,

    From back-end, only three user roles will able to raise ticket in pro version:

    1. Administrator
    2. Support Supervisor
    3. Support Agent

    Thanks for letting me know. This isn’t what I expected from reading the description.,
    It’s OK, it’s a really good plugin.

    Thing is, I have no need for the plugin now and would like to request a refund based on the fact that it doesn’t fulfil my needs based on what I had understood from the description.
