Add New the fields disappears

    Hi when adding new field, I have added all the fields I want and clicking on that create form, however those field that I have added to the right side disappears.

    Hi Donna,

    We haven’t been reported any such issue by other users yet, so we guess, this has something to do with other plugin conflicting with our plugin or your host firewall blocking the save function which is triggered by ajax.

    The first step of debugging would be to deactivate other plugin on your site one by one and checking the create form button works or not. This way we can find if any other plugin is creating a conflict with ours.
