    Am using the free version, with one group, setup General settings, Troubleshooting works to send emai, then went to “Add Subscribers” “Add New Subscriber” tab, and there is an error in the Email format column….

    Are you able to add new subscriber or not?

    I cannot add a new subscriber. I write software for a living, and would be happy to provide more information about your software, including screen shots, etc. but these “forums” do not allow images and your emails are from a “noreply” email address.

    v1.6.8 seems to have fixed the several ways that users can be added and subscribed.
