Add new site in multisite network of wordpress

  • I found one issue while installing new site in multisite network.i have 4 sites
    1. Primary site
    2. Site A
    3. Site B
    4. Site C
    Now i have added Site D. It doesn’t show in list of site network. When directly i write in URL then it’s working fine. But when i am going to login with wp-admin then it redirect to primary site admin dashboard. How to solve this issue. Thanks in advance.
