Add new role if user is already registered

    Hello.

    I need to know if is it possible to add another user role if user is already registered.

    For example : User has role “Blue” and he try to register in a form that put the role “Red” in the new users.

    If he tries to register, a error message appear saying “User already registered”.

    I want that new form add the role “Red” to this registered user, and he will be “Blue” and “Red”.

    Thanks for writing in,

    If the user is already registered by any means, they won’t be able to re-register to your site with same email or username. You can assign roles manually from Users > All Users. Find the user you want to assign the role, click on ‘Edit’. You can assign the role over there.
