Add New Reviews Template button not working

    Hi,

    The button to create a review template is not working on the TripAdvisor plugin.
    I also have the Airbnb installed, and it’s working properly.

    What could be causing this?

    Try de-activating and re-activating the TripAdvisor plugin.

    I’ve completely uninstalled it but the problem remains.
    Any ohter suggestion?

    See if there are any error’s in the console. Right-click on the page > inspect. Look for the console window.

    Hello,

    Yes, there was an error on the console. We were defering the scripts with a filter on the funciotns file and it was causing the js files to go 404.
