“Add New Post” problem

  • Hello,

    I am facing a problem. when i click on “add new” under posts and a page appears where i can write the title and content etc. but its not showing the Visual bar on the top of the Content box from where we can quickly change the setting of the text, bold, italic the text and use links in the post etc. 5 days ago it was there.

    Can you please help me with this from where i can enable this bar. i dont know where is the option or may its a bug in my wordpress.

  • Hi,

    – Disable all the plugins
    – make sure that you have enabled visual editor for your blog
    – upgrade wordpress to the latest version

    And if all these will not work then restore wp-includes folder and all the sub folders in it..

    Thanks for you help Shane G. Actually i have a windows notebook and a mac. its not showing the visual bar on my notebook only. its working fine on the mac. can you please help with this! Thanks
