    My dashboard won’t let me add new pages or posts. Every time I click the “add new” link, the page goes completely blank.

    I’ve read on previous posts on this forum that it could be a plugin or theme conflict. I then disabled all plugins and still could not add a new page or post. I could not even edit existing pages if I was not using Elementor to do so.

    I have 3 Administrator users on this website. Myself and two others, they are still able to add new pages or posts. I don’t understand how three users, with the same roles, have different results when attempting to create a new page, on the same website?

    For some reason I cannot create a new page. When clicking Add New Page it
    does not load, irrespective if I refresh the page. The other two admin users do not have this problem.

    I am asking, why do three users with the same role have different results
    on an action (Add New Page) on the same website?

    Surely if it was a theme or plugin conflict the two users that have successfully created a page would see the same thing that I am when attempting to Add New Page?

    Differing experience between users of the same role indicates a local issue. Try clearing the site’s cookies from your browser (you’ll have to log in again) and clearing the browser cache. Better yet, use private or incognito mode of your browser to eliminate extension interference. Or use a different browser entirely.

    Did you also switch to a default twenty* theme when you tested with all plugins disabled? You must also eliminate your theme as a possible cause.

    Firewalls and other local security measures can also sometimes adversely affect behavior. If you can, try a different network, like through a mobile hotspot instead of fixed WiFi.

    @bcworkz thank you so much for your response.

    I did clear browser cookies and cash as well as wordpress cache. I have tried it across three different networks with the same result.

    I will attempt changing to a default theme, but my question would immediately be, if I have always used the same theme (Hello from Elementor) why will it suddenly be an issue now? As I mentioned almost nothing has changed with regard to my plugins or themes for quite some time.

    Things change due to periodic updates even if you don’t change anything. Version updates to browsers, PHP, O/S, etc. These can introduce conflicts where there previously were none. However, server side changes should affect all users in a similar manner. Differing user experiences point to a local issue, though the root cause could still be server side. Different users use different browsers, versions, O/Ses, etc.

    A completely blank white screen often indicates a PHP error. Define WP_DEBUG as true in wp-config.php, then induce the problem again. If it’s a PHP error, a message will appear where previously it was blank white. That error will need to be resolved. Restore the definition to false after investigating. Leaving it as true introduces a slight security vulnerability.

    Hi @bcworkz

    Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.

    I was very optimistic at the prospect of everything working the way it is intended when using a different browser. Unfortunately the page didn’t load either.

    I have found WP_DEBUG but mine is already set to TRUE?

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    Oh, you have overrides after that. Change the DISPLAY one to true please, then try again. Or just look at the log file, it’ll have the same error messages.

    Thank you for your help. I am going to mark this as resolved.

    I am having the exact same issue! Did you find anything that worked for you @xander2602 ?
