    Hi,

I am unable add screenshot. but it gives the error message as

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Regards

You will need to troubleshoot by process of elimination.

    Here’s some ideas:
    – deactivate all your plugins, re-activate them one-by-one,
    – activate a default theme,
    – make sure all your plugins and core are up to date,
    – read the php error logs from your host to see if there is more detail,
    – check your php version,
    – run Site Health to see if it makes any recommendations:

It happened to me too. But I found out that I must open:
    01. My Sites
    02. Network Admin
    03. Plugins
Then we can add new plugins.
