Add New Plugin option disappeared

  • Dear Sirs,
    my Add New option for Plugins and Themes is disappeared.

    I tried to deactive all the Plugins and nothing is changed, I can’t see the Add New option.

    How can I solve this issue?

    tried to deactive all the Plugins

    Have you also tried switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Twenty, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins)?
