Add New plugin not working

  • Hi There,

    I would be so grateful for any help as I am really battling. I have tried to do a search for a new plugin but it takes quite a while to load and then an error message appears saying that the www.remarpro.com server may be having problems. Is the www.remarpro.com servers having problems or is there some troubleshooting that I can do.

    Hi There,

    I thought that I would copy and paste the exact error message to make it easier for anyone that may be able to help. It is: “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”
