Add new Plugin in WP 3.7

    Hi
    When I try to add new Plugin for instant – Feed Burner plugin. I get this error message:
    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
    I try to add any other plugin and I get the same message, any one van help?
