Add new Plugin and Edit theme options are missing in .org

    I’ve installed WordPress Version 3.5.1 on my hosted server but there is NO option to add new plugins “wp-admin/plugin-install.php”. I don’t know what is the issue. It’s www.remarpro.com not .com. I know in .com you won’t get option to add plugin and edit theme.

    Any help please?
