add new permissions broken from 3.22.1

The filters here no longer appear to work as of the 3.22.1 update.
Ninja Forms is still in the sidebar but an ‘Access Denied’ message is shown on the forms page.

I am sorry that this fix was not included in the latest version of Ninja Forms. Here is the merge request for the fix. I have asked our developers to test this and include it in the plugin files. https://git.saturdaydrive.io/_/ninja-forms/ninja-forms/merge_requests/3905
