Add new page or add new article are blank page (wihtout editor)

Hi!

I transferred the website to another server and noticed that the editor does not work properly. Then I disabled all plugins and enabled the default WordPress theme. Now If I try to add a new web page / Add new page / (domain/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=page), a blank page appears, with no editor and page settings options. The same happens if I want to create a new article (domain/wp-admin/post-new.php).

Any suggestion?
