Add new option: Don't redirect if admin

Would be great to have another option called “Don’t redirect if admin”. Reason being we are creating a section for a client who we are still waiting on content. Until they get the final content, we want to be able to see and work on the page until it is finalized and then remove the redirect. We are not using a dev site because they still maintain other areas of their site and merging the two databases would be a pain in the rear.
