Add New Meta Field

The website I’m working on uses Tickera and I’d like to add the meta field that exists within this plugin “tc_event_location_element”. When I just add this meta key no data shows up on the export. This location filter is found on the backend of the site. Does it need to show up on a WooCommerce Order first before it shows up in the dropdown?
