Add New menu missing

I am using version 2.11 of Simple staff list.

For some strange reason the “Add New” submenu is missing from the “Staff Members” menu .

My Staff Members menu looks like this:-

Staff Members
– All Staff Mmebers
– Groups
– Order
– Templates
– Usage
– Options
– Export

I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it but it ends up the same.
Any ideas?
