Add New Media Pop-Up is Blank

I have setup WordPress for a client of ours but they are having issues with the “Add New Media” button. The button does work and a pop-up loads but none of the images load from their Media Library. Neither does the drop-down that loads with the option “All Media Items” set. The section that’s supposed to have images in it is just completely blank.

I have looked at the site in Firefox, IE7-9, and Chrome. I have had them remove their temporary internet files and clear their cache yet they still have this issue. The browser they are using is IE in IE9 Compatibility View. I for the life of me have not been able to reproduce this error on my own machine and really have no way of troubleshooting the issue. I have a screenshot of what they see if it helps at all.

Has anyone had this issue before? I’m starting to run out of ideas.
