Add new mean of payment Paypal in my account

  • Hello,

    I have an issue with updating or adding a means of payment in my account.

    I have the option to choose between cards or PayPal, but I’m unable to add anything for PayPal. Although I select “PayPal” and click on “add new means of payment”, nothing happens.

  • It seems this is your own website, so the problem is really about the PayPal payment implementation on the entire site and not an issue with an individual customer’s account.

    And it seems you’re using the “Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce” plugin to handle the PayPal payments on the site.

    So I’ll recommend you post in this plugin’s own support forum, so its developers can look into this for you.
