Add New Mailing Group does not work

Hi,
i want to add a add a “New Mailing Group” i filled everything out, but at the bottom of the page the button is linked to “https://www.wpmailinggroup.com/feature/send-email-to-original-sender/” and the group is not added.
is this a bug or i am doing something wrong ?
how to add a Mailing Group ?please help me with this problem.
