Add new image button in Customise doesn't work

    I am new to website building but have got to grips with most of the sections and tabs but I am trying to change the header image on my front page but can’t manage to achieve it.

    When selecting HEADER under the appearance section, it opens customise menu and the Header tab. It displays the default image (Chap with a camera). I can hide the image successfully, but when clicking the ADD NEW IMAGE button, nothing happens.

    I have also attempted to change the header image under the page settings by adding the URL into that section.

    It seems that all ADD NEW IMAGE buttons fail to do anything.

    I have been through the documentation several times and feel I’m missing something.
