Add New Email Petition not working

I can no longer create new petitions…

The add New Email Petition page opens up.

I can populate the page with the new data.

When I hit create petition I get the following. The id number should be 133.

“Petition created. Use [emailpetition id=”0″] to display in a page or post. Use [signaturelist id=”0″] to display the signatures list or [signaturecount id=”0″] to show just the signature count.”

If I use the duplicate button, the following page is created.

Petition created – you can edit it here. Use [emailpetition id=”0″] to display in a page or post.

There is no id=0 petition to access through the all petitions registry.
