"Add New Contact Form" in a particular language problem

Hello
I am trying to create a new form in a particular language but always the plugin generates the form in the default language of the site (catalán) although I chose another language (spanish).
What do I do wrong?If I choose 1 or 2 always shows me the form in language “Catalan”
