    Hi,

    “Add New” button not loading in the Custom Fields Page to all the section. To troubleshoot this issue we deactivate & delete this plugin and again activated. But new activation don’t have fresh setup and all the updates we previously done are same remain.

    Help us to solve this issue.

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    Please go to Support > Support Agents > Agents > Add New > Add yourself as a support agent. If you are already on the list then remove and add again. It will fix the issue.

    If not, please uninstall the SupportCandy plugin and install it again.

    Hi,

    We don’t have “Add New” button in the Agent page too. And we tried many times uninstall the plugin & activate it. Even we deleted and freshly installed the plugin. But previously we configured setup again came with the new installation too. Is it possible to delete all this plugin configuration from the database to clear it previously configured.

    Hello,  

    It may conflict with some other plugin or theme. You can troubleshoot this yourself by disabling all plugins and activating them one by one. This way you will find the plugin causing the conflict. The same applies to the theme, if you didn’t find conflict with any plugin, try changing the theme and if the issue is gone, it is a conflict with your theme. Please note, that the theme should not be changed directly on the live server, sometimes you may lose settings. I recommend you create a staging site and then check the issue on it.
