Add New Book page not loading properly

  • Greetings,

    I had installed the plugin MyBookTable, everything is working fine with plugin except the Add New Book page is not loading completely. The whole page is loaded blank. Only thing loaded in that page is the Title field and half Publish box in right side of the page.

    I tried checking with Compatibility Mode option in Settings but still it didn’t worked.

    Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

    Has the plugin been abandoned? Its been more than 5 days and still haven’t got any reply even from plugin developers.
