    Hi,

I discovered a conflict between Web Storiess and Yoast SEO V15 plugin: When I click “add new” story I get a blank page and if I disable Yoat SEO everything is back to normal.
Can you please check if you can replicate this error?

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

This is the first time I’m hearing this, so I am very curious to learn more.

I cannot currently reproduce this using Yoast SEO 15.0 and Web Stories for WordPress 1.0.0.

Could you perhaps check your server’s error logs to see if there’s any entry?

Also, is the page absolutely blank, or do you see some “Please wait..” loading screen? If you see some loading screen, are there any errors in your browser’s developer console?

    Hi,

I will answer your questions one by one:

Could you perhaps check your server’s error logs to see if there’s any entry?
I checked and there are no entries.

Also, is the page absolutely blank, or do you see some “Please wait..” loading screen?
Page is absolutely blank, with no title, no nothing, unfortunately.

    Thank you!

@fingertip Could you please share your Site Health information privately here and we can check if there may be a conflict with another plugin?

    Hi, done, thank you!

@fingertip Unfortunately, we are unable to replicate this issue with Yoast SEO 15.0 and Web stories 1.0.0 activated; The Stories editor opened successfully.

Does this issue occur when in a different browser or private/incognito window? Perhaps we can rule out any browser or extension issues.

You can also attempt opening a support topic on Yoast’s forum to investigate further.

@fingertip We are going to mark your topic as resolved as we haven’t received a response. Please feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to experience any issues. Thank you!
