    Hi Search,

    The search works super. But I wonder can you show me which php I can add some text/phase ABOVE the search box. This way I can put a bit instructions and also it make the members page more presentable.

    When I put phase in the members-loop.php it ONLY go BELOW it, NOT ABOVE it…

    Please advise help,
    Thanks

    Hi DamnDramaQueen,

    You have to modify index.php. For instance, if you are using BP Nouveau, try adding your text to:

    buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress/members/index.php

    before the line:

    <?php bp_nouveau_before_members_directory_content(); ?>

    Hi Search,

    OMG and YAHOO!!!!

    Btw, I am using the Buddypress-Lagecy. I Followed your instructions, it works like magic!!! Now it don’t look so plain for the members page with some phases on it.

    It’s has been days I tried to get this going. You saved me from taking 100 less TYLENOL per hour.

    THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH!!! YOU ROCK BIG TIME!!!

    You are very welcome!

    And by the way, after you modify the directory template, remember to move it to the ‘buddypress/members’ directory in your active theme’s root, otherwise it will be overwritten during the next BuddyPress update.
