Add multiple pages

Before I upgraded to 4.3 all I would do is click “Pages” in the admin panel and at the top was a place to create a parent page with selectable child pages. After the upgrade, this feature is no longer there. Has it been moved or is it gone? And if it’s gone, can you add it again?
