Add multiple location to a post and search

  • Is it possible to use a repeater field in a post with map sub field and do a search based on all the locations added via the map sub field on the post archive page.

    Alternatively if I create two post types, one for location (which includes a title and clinic_address field (acf map field) and one for practitioner and connect them via a relationship field. Would it be possible to search all practitioners practising in a location particular location?

    Thanks for your questions, ichars! We haven’t tried to use a repeated field for multiple locations, that’s a really interesting idea.

    We have connected post types in order to cross reference things like practitioners, services, and locations. FacetWP (https://facetwp.com/) is our go-to for front-end filtering and cross-referencing post types and taxonomies within the Big Boom Directory.
