Add more templates to graphene

I want to be able to add more templates to graphene. I need a blog-template, and templates for displaying posts from individual categories on other pages. On average theme I would be able to do this, but graphene makes it difficult by using the “loop” page with all page and post functions in it. If anyone can be of any help, I would be very greatfull.

The website is https://amaliaelliott.com I want to keep the main page I have, but display posts on the blog page, and display posts from individual categories on all of the “crafts” pages.
