    nice plugin. you should definitely ad more option like:

    – Adjusting Video Quality (from SD to Full Hd, to 4k etc.)
    – Option to remove YouTube Logo and YouTube-Channel Info
    – Option to change player skin color

    can you do that? or make customizations?

    Hi @tobilotta glad you like the plugin!

    Protected Video currently uses Plyr as the underlying player. When used with YouTube, this overlays the real YouTube player. No control is available over the underlying player from YouTube.

    Adjusting Video Quality (from SD to Full Hd, to 4k etc.)

    Plyr already supports this, I think this may work with Vimeo embeds but it appears not YouTube.

    Option to remove YouTube Logo and YouTube-Channel Info

    This is not possible, as we load the real YouTube player underneath which does not provide the ability to disable these things.

    Option to change player skin color

    This is already a feature of this plugin. Go to Settings > Protected Video:

    thanks for quick reply. how can i increase video quality because when i playback video, it will play in SD instead of FULL HD.

    also i want to ask if you can adapt the player to upload own videos from other sources (not only from youtuve) but also from seelf host uplod video or vimeo

    Are you embedding a YouTube or Vimeo video? As mentioned in my previous reply, this seems to be possible for Vimeo, but not YouTube.

    The main purpose of this plugin is protecting the URL of videos hosted on YouTube and Vimeo. Self hosted videos have slightly different requirements and are already quite flexible, perhaps a plugin like Super Video Player would be more suitable for you?

    That said, I will consider self-hosted video support for future versions.

    Vimeo-hosted videos are already supported as a core feature of this plugin.
