Add more fields as needed

I am wondering if it is possible to create a setting where you can add more of them as needed in the form. For example if the form asks for your children’s name and age, instead of listing enough spots to put that information in you would just list one spot and an add more button where you could add another spot to enter that information if you have more then one child.

Make sense? Don’t know if this is possible or not in Contact Form 7.
