Add More Blog Rolls problem

Alright I saw a bunch of stuff on this blogroll adding subject but everything I found was so scattered that it was very hard to understand so now I am posting about it. I just want to another blog roll on the right hand sidebar. I saw where it is done at but everytime I try it it messes my whole page up. Plus I only kinda understand the concept of it all. `code to put another blogroll on the right although everytime i use it it messes up everything on my page. Anybody know what I might be doing wrong?
