Add Middle Initial/Name

Hi @thedilldesign — it’s not particularly easy to do that at the moment. Can I ask why this would be a requirement for your particular use-case?

It is not a critical requirement, but the need was from a lawyer using Give to accept payments from clients. We can table this one since its a hard one.

It’s hard currently, but once Give 2.0 and 2.1 is out it’ll be much easier.
