Add menu to activity stream

Hi

I would like to add a user menu at my activity page but i can’t figure out where to add the code. I were thinking about if I can make create a new php page and use the include function to echo the activity page because then I can add style to it. But I don’t know which file I have to include/echo. Anyone knows? I need to be able to add elements to the activity some how
