add menu text before/after hamburgen icon

Try adding this CSS code to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS from dashboard.

I have WordPress 2022 theme. With regard to adding text to the Hamburger Icon, I added the CSS code suggested by Kharis, but no text appears before or after the icon. Any additional ideas will be appreciated.
