Add Media/Upload Media not working

Greetings WP! I have a website running WP 3.6.1 and up til yesterday morning, I was able to upload media to my site. Since then, when I select “Upload Media” on my site (regardless of browser), I get no response. I’ve changed the theme, disabled all of the plug-ins, updated Java on my PC, tried IE8 and Chrome all with no luck.

Here is the error I get with Chrome:

Since I am fairly new to WP, I didn’t know what else to test but would greatly appreciate your help. My site is up and running but I would like to make some additional changes to it including adding pictures but cannot at the moment.
