Add Media will not open

  • I have recently upgraded to 3.5 and I am unable to add images. When I click on either “Add Media” or “Set Featured Image” nothing happens and the popup does not appear.

    I have turned off all of my plugins – nothing happens.
    I have cleared my cache – nothing happens
    I have cleared cache and tried in firefox and chrome – nothing happens.
    I have tried adding the script (that I saw referenced in another post) define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); to wp-config file – nothing happens

    I need this fixed asap. Any other suggestions?
