Add Media issues

I upgraded my website to WP 3.5. My theme is “Method” created by MySiteMyWay. My site is a multi-site. With the prior installation of WP (3.4.2), I was able to upload files using the Add Media button. My main site and child sites were limited to 100 MB of upload space. Somehow with the upgrade that number was reduced to 10 MB. When I try to upload, I get a message stating that I have exceeded my storage quota of 10MB. I cannot change the limit of 10 MB. I can deactivate the “Site Upload Space” by deselecting it, in my Network Settings. However, I cannot limit the total amount uploaded.
