"Add Media" issue after the new update

    Hello, 2 problems in a few days.
    I hope you will solve this one as fast as the last one.
    After the last update when I try to insert media in my posts the media library is not loading any images. I wait and wait and wait. I try on other website of mine, the same problem. I disable the plugin and then everything works fine. Please solve this issue ASAP.

    Can you please provide additional details?

    Are you editing your post’s media from your computer or from a tablet/handheld?

    Can you please check the developer console (built in in Safari or Chrome, or via Firebug in Firefox) and let me know if there are any Javascript errors displayed?

    Can you please try to deactivate other plugins one-by-one and verify that deactivating just DTS corrects the issue? Similarly, please switch to a default theme like twentytwelve to verify that the issue is not with your theme.

    Hi James,
    Thank you for your answers and suggestions.
    I edit my post from a computer (a very powerful one, the server is also very good). Until the last update of the DTS, everything was working okay.
    I check the developer console, and there is no errors.
    I deactivate all plugins instead of DTS, and the problem persist.
    I make some print screens for you. I test this on different themes(ex: Twenty Fourteen), different websites, but only on 3.9.1 WP version.

    Please provide details about your hosting setup/plugins used(w versions)/ and another info which will let me mirror your exact setup to locate the issue.

    Thanks James. I re-install your plugin and it’s working now. No more infinit loading in media library. Thank you again.
