Add Media Button to Event Submission Form

    Is it possible to show the “Add Media” Button on the Event Submission Form so that it is usable by all logged in users? Currently it only shows up for Admins to the above left of the Details dialog box. Can I make it visible and usable by normal subscribers to the website?
