Add media button not working on RTE form

    Hello,
    User Submitted Forms…
    We are struggling to use the add media button when the RTE editor is enabled on the form. We can add new media with the additional option enabled but not access existing media by pressing the add media button at the top left of the RTE box.

    All settings and permission have beed checked.

    Is the “Add Media” displayed or not displayed? It should not be displayed unless the user has sufficient privileges. Here is a post with more infos.
