Add Media Button Not Working

  • I have disabled all plugins and still the “add media”
    button doesn’t work.

    I upraded to 3.9.1 during the last week — everything worked
    perfectly before i upgraded.

    I use Firefox, but it also doesn’t work in Chrome.

    Please Help!
