Add Media Button not working

    Are you on the latest version of WP and the latest version of our plugin? Did you upgrade from a previous version to the latest?

    I’m using WordPress 3.5.1 and JW Player 6 Plugin for WordPress 2.1.0 its fresh install no upgrade.

    That does not make any sense to me considering that the install was totally fresh. I would recommend trying to uninstall and then reinstall the plugin to see if that helps? Perhaps there is another conflicting plugin / theme which is causing this?
