“Add Media” button missing

Hi, sometime after making recent updates to our theme, the “Add Media” and “Post Update” buttons disappeared on the main activity screen. However, they remain visible on the individual activity screen. Whenever I deactivate rtMedia version 4.6.6, the “Post Update” button reappears, which seems to indicate a conflict somewhere.

Can you look into this ASAP and fix it if necessary? We’re using the Aardvark theme and Buddypress 7.2.1.
